
Mums and Little Loves, Mat Pilates
Held each Tuesday morning in Richmond, our Mums and Bubs pilates classes are popular amongst mums in the City of Yarra community.
We focus on post natal friendly mat pilates classes and offer progressions and challenges as mums build their strength.
We have mums starting with us with babies as young at 8 weeks and who stay with us until it's time to return to the workplace!
This is truely a safe, welcoming, community space where all mums and their babies are welcomed with open arms and hugs if you want them!

Private Pilates Sessions
Soul Garden will come to you, a mobile pilates class held face to face in a one on one or group environment. All you need to do is gather your parents group mums and have a space to work out in (a lounge-room is fine), we'll come along each week and provide you with a class that will help you regain your strength and some time for yourself. We focus on post natal friendly movements, correct technique and a fun and social way to connect with your mum gang all while your babies are by your side.



Wellness Coaching
Our Wellness Coaching program recognises the challenges in becoming a mum, chances are you put everyones needs before your own and that can lead to feelings of sadness, loss of self and resentment towards those you love.
Our program helps you to identify who you want to be (in addition to being a mum) and how you want to how up for yourself and those around you.
We focus on a setting a vision for yourself and then through weekly or fortnightly conversations we set goals and you are held accountable to ensure you don't lose sight of your vision.
Essentially we create the happiest and most balanced version of you, for you and those you love!
